The team coaching service I provide is a blend of team faclitation, team coaching and consulting. I will adopt the modality that is most effective and beneficial to the team depending on situation.

In a typical team coaching and facilitation engagement, I observe team dynamics, identify conflicts, encourage participation and contribution from all team members. In additional to the team coaching goals set out in the coaching agreement, the end results will also include an autonomous, sustainable high performing team.
